Come get your groove on with the best, have loads of fun and support a good cause; 2 hours of zumba with varies instructors. All proceeds to benefit the YMCA Opening Doors Program.
TaeKwon-Do
Date: March-May
Students will learn the fundametals of self-defense through TaeKwon-Do. Students will build confidence to over come challenges. With this confidence, students would be able to accomplish many things they would have been previously been afraid of.
Baton Twirling
Date: March-April
Non-competive baton twirling. Will learn beginner & intermediate level skills, basic marching formations & competition.
