
Fitness Center
At the Fort Mill YMCA, the fully equipped fitness center includes
Magnum weight machines, free weights, treadmills, stair climbers, recumbent
bikes, and cross trainers.
Metabolic Makeover
A 12-week course that includes personal training
3x/week. Exercise accountability, food journaling,
grocery store tours and exercise programming are
key to the success of your experience. Mandatory
meeting on Jan 19th at 9:00am. Classes begin the
week of Jan 21st.
Child Watch Hours
Our Childwatch program is FREE to all members while they are enjoying our programs and facility. Our child-watch programs offers age-appropriate activities for infants and children through age 9. Please send your
child dressed for fun!

Sport-Specific Training
Cost: $79 Registration: Begins Tues Oct 16th Times: Tues-Thurs at 4:30pm for ages 11 and up (including adults). An eight week conditioning course designed for the athlete during the off season. Stay in top shape while taking a break from your sport of choice.
Kids Fitness
Kids Boot Camp (K-5
Less intense than the adult version, with an emphasis on challenging and non-competitive activities. Speed and agility relays, balance, core strength and mat exercises provide non-stop action for the adventurous spirit in every kid. Wednesday (ongoing) 4:30-5:00 (K-2) and 5:00-5:30 (3rd-5th)
Fitness Center Orientations
Orientations may be scheduled free of charge with one of our Fitness
Trainers. An orientation allows our trainers to talk with you about
your goals and help you through the fitness equipment, setting your
proper weight to lift and assisting with the correct seat settings for
your workout. Personal Trainers are available for those who prefer a
fitness coach who will meet with them daily, weekly, or monthly to help
achieve their goals. Participants 12-14 years of age must complete a
Fitness Center Orientation and have adult supervision while in the fitness
facility.
Fitness Classes
Certified exercise instructors teach all fitness classes. All aerobics
classes contain cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility exercises.

Fitness Express
Cost: $79
A 6 week introductory course for strength
training combining weight, cardiovascular,
periodization and nutrition, along with a training
session with a nationally certified Personal
Trainer and exercise plan for the rest of your
week. Monday at 10am or 11am and Wednesday
at 6pm or 7pm.
