Aerobics The York Branch YMCA has an array of Aerobic classes including: Step, Hi/Lo Cardio, Kickboxing, Cross Training and MORE! All classes are multi-level. Always exercise at your own fitness level. All instructors are aerobics and CPR certified. Child watch provided during certain classes. Check with the front desk for specific times. Download
the Aerobic Schedule Fitness Center Orientation Ages 15 and up* *Ages 10-14 can work out on the weight equipment provided they have completed our strength training course SilverSneakers SilverSneakers is a nationally designed excercise regimen to improve strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as alleviate the pain of arthritis. Join us for a variety of group excercise classes. Pick up an aerobic class schedule at member services or download one at www.upymca.org Group Fitness Class We offer a variety of fitness classes each week! We have certified instructors in each class. Classes inclue Yoga, Beginner's Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Group Cycle, Kick Boxing, and SilverSneakers(See Above).
