Upper Palmetto Financial Assistance Campaign
Thank you to our staff, volunteers, Board members, YMCA members and the community for supporting our 2013 “Go For the Gold” Financial Assistance Campaign. We exceeded our goal by raising over $305,000! Because of you, we will be able to serve more families and individuals that want to participate in YMCA programs, but could not afford to do so. Thank You!
The Upper Palmetto YMCA’s Financial Assistance Campaign is an annual volunteer fund-raising campaign that assists people in their time of need. We believe in helping all people lead healthier, happier lives. Join us in continuing our tradition of helping those in need in our community.
You can have an immediate, life-changing impact by giving:
» A gift of $60 will give a child the opportunity to learn water safety and swimming.
» A gift of $125 will send a child to a week of summer camp filled with fun, value-based activities.
» A gift of $410 will send a child to Camp Cherokee for a week of outdoor exploration, lifelong friendships and character development.
» A gift of $865 will provide two seniors with a year’s membership including activities for improved health and new friendships.
