Fitness Express-6 Weeks to Success

This 6-week program is geared towards the intermediate participant and comes with 6-week exercise protocol. Mostly, strength based and low impact cardio. You will learn the basic workout with a personal trainer and then follow a written exercise schedule on your own the other 2 days a week. This program is fun, fast and effective!
