Leprechaun Leap 5K Run/Walk
The Clover YMCA would like to thank everyone for their support of our St. Patrick’s Day events on Saturday, March 14. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we raised $7,614.15 for our programs for special needs adults! Below is a link to the Leprechaun Leap 5K results. Group Fitness Classes
We offer a variety of fitness classes each week! We have certified instructors in classes such as Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Group Cycle, Kick Boxing, Cardio Blast, Sculpt, SilverSneakers, YogaStretch, Get On The Ball! and Kettlebell. Click here to view our current schedule online.
SilverSneakers and Yoga Lite
SilverSneakers is a nationally designed exercise regimen to improve strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as alleviate the pain of arthritis. Yoga Lite is a great beginners class and an excellent way to increase flexibility and get started on your fitness goals.
Wee Fit is a high energy outlet for 3-5 year olds. Creative play, directed movement, skill themes and song provide preschoolers with 30 minutes of activity and exploration.
