Personal Training

Personal Training

One on one fitness training with a nationally certified trainer is a great way to help you achieve your fitness goals. Our mission is to evaluate, motivate and educate anyone who desires the extra edge personal training offers. For more information or to set up a consultation, contact the front desk at 803-222-9622. Partner training and small group training are also available. All packages include a fitness assessment. Extra sessions can be purchased after utilizing a 3,6,or 8 session package.


Fitness Center Orientations

All members of the YMCA are given a free fitness orientation. Kids ages 10 and up must attend in order to workout on the fitness floor. Let our fitness specialists help you get started. Our instructors will show you how to set up the equipment, share training tips and techniques to get you motivated and on the right track. SilverSneakers and Yoga Lite

SilverSneakers is a nationally designed exercise regimen to improve strength, flexibility and range of motion as well as alleviate the pain of arthritis. Yoga Lite is a great beginners class and an excellent way to increase flexibility and get started on your fitness goals.

Wee Fit is a high energy outlet for 3-5 year olds. Creative play, directed movement, skill themes and song provide preschoolers with 30 minutes of activity and exploration.
