Our Juniors program is designed for U4-U8 year-old players with all levels of experience including beginners, recreational and developmental players. Our young players are placed in classes with similarly skilled players in order to maximize their development. Development of the basic technical skills is one the most important elements in the development of young players, so we target our training to maximize the touches on a ball while maintaining an exciting and stress free learning environment. Our Coaches develop their mental, physical, and social abilities through creative games and other activities. And one of our main goals is KEEP IT FUN!

CFDA Futsal Camp

This is such a fun environment where players of varying age and skill level can have fun with a ball at their feet in a very low stress, high energy setting. These camps are held throughout the year and are focused on individual player skills and the fundamentals of the sport of Futsal. Players work on concepts such as: Passing, Dribbling, Juggling, Shooting, and freestyle skills.

Daily Schedule: 

8 am – 9 am Drop off

9 am – 12 pm On court (training)

12 pm – 1 pm Lunch (free time)

1 pm – 3 pm On court (training)

3 pm – 4 pm Pickup time

*Camp officially starts at 9 am and ends at 3 pm.

Challenger’s British Soccer Camp

Challenger’s British Soccer Camp

The camp will run Monday through Friday and each child will be coached by a member of Challenger’s British coaching staff flown to the USA exclusively to work on these programs.

Each camper will receive a FREE camp T-shirt, soccer ball, soccer poster, individual skills performance evaluation and free access to an educational soccer website.

Triathlon Training: Sprint or Olympic

This is a triathlon training program designed to improve your running, swimming and cycling. This training will help prepare individuals for a Sprint or Olympic triathlon event. Participants will need to be able to swim 50 M without stopping, bike 10 miles and run at least 1.5 miles before beginning this training. The sessions will alternate between indoor pool and cycle room.

A 7-week, co-ed T-ball program designed to introduce participants to the sport of baseball. This program will teach the starting fundamentals for the sport such as, throwing, catching, hitting and playing the field. The first week will be a practice, and every week following will be a 15 minute practice followed by a game.

A co-ed, basketball camp to help youth build confidence and make new friends. The daily camp will consist of basketball training that will include games, contest, guest speakers and a lot fun play. Coach Lowery has over 24 years of coaching experience and has directed H.O.O.P.S. Basketball Camps since 1994.
