Program Description, Days and Times:
Basic– Monday | 5:00-5:45 pm
This basic tumbling class helps to improve cartwheels, round offs and standing backbends.
Intermediate-Monday | 5:45-6:30 pm
This class helps to improve skills such as standing back hand spring, walkovers and running tumbling.
Advance-Monday | 6:30-7:15 pm
This class helps to improve skills such as standing back hand spring, walkovers and running tumbling. Participants must be able to do back walk over.

Momentum Dance specializes in all levels of dance from beginner to adult. We offer programs in all dance genres designed for recreational dancers as well as those who wish to make dance a profession. Cheer Jewels Competitive Cheerleading

The Fort Mill Complex is offering competitive cheerleading to children ages 4 to 14 years old of all ability levels. All children are welcome and will be placed on a team. The team layout is tentative and coaches have final decision on squad placement. Sign up times may change slightly, depending on the amount of those registered. Our program is designed to develop fitness, confidence, and team unity through cheerleading. No prior experience is required! The season will run August 2019 through March/April 2020.

Rock Steady Boxing Against Parkinson Disease

At Rock Steady the opponent is Parkinson’s disease. Rock Steady Boxing is a program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to fight back using speed, muscular endurance, footwork and agility to defend against and overcome opponents.
