Soccer Camp with Coach Abe

Soccer Camp is primarily devoted to the enjoyment and development of soccer players with various skill levels. The camp wills focus on the following: Technical Skills-Ball Control, Passing, Dribbling, Heading, and Finishing; Tactical Awareness-Attacking, Marking Opponents, Tackling, and Shielding; Physical Development-Speed, Agility, and Strength; Small-sided games. Campers will receive a soccer training gift valued at $15. We encourage appropriate clothing/shoes, and bring a water bottle. Also pack a healthy snack and some sun screen as camp meets outdoors.

Playball Sports Plus Camp

Playball Sports Plus Camp

Summer is a time for running, jumping, splashing and fun! Throw in a healthy dose of castles and dragons, bats and rats, French fries and cookies, race cars and flying saucers and you get the Playball Sports*Plus Camp. Campers are introduced to a wide variety of sports each week, learning skills for football, basketball, baseball, kickball, soccer, tennis and volleyball. Camps are run by certified Playball coaches who supervise structured sporty activities, dry and wet (using splash balls) playground games and short, on-site nature walks. Campers need to bring a drink, healthy snack, sneakers, sun block and a hat, as we will include some outdoor activities.

Momentum Dance specializes in all levels of dance from beginner to adult. We offer programs in all dance genres designed for recreational dancers as well as those who wish to make dance a profession. The college trained faculty at Momentum seeks to offer a well rounded curriculum and nurturing atmosphere that fosters self-expression through dance. Register today!

Boxing

Join Edward Jones, member of the USA boxing and operator of Jones Hands on Academy, to gain new boxing skills. During this training you will learn the fundamentals of the sport while enhancing your physical fitness, self-confidence, self-discipline and pride.

Rock Steady Boxing Against Parkinson Disease

At Rock Steady the opponent is Parkinson’s disease. Rock Steady Boxing is a program designed to empower people with Parkinson’s disease to fight back using speed, muscular endurance, footwork and agility to defend against and overcome opponents.
