Lacrosse Camp

Children K-5th Grade will have the ability to learn the fundamentals of lacrosse and gain more knowledge of the game.

Ages: 6 – 11

Session Dates:
July 23 – July 27
9:00AM – 12:00PM
Monday – Friday

Mouth pieces are the only required equipment for camp.

Cost: Y Members: $105     Non-Y Members: $130

Football Camp

Children ages 7 – 15 will be taught the fundamentals of football.

Ages: 7 – 15

Session Dates:

Football Camp will be held August 6 – August 10

Ages 7- 10 will meet from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM

Ages 11 – 15  will meet from 11:30 AM until 1:30 PM

Cleats are recommended

Monday – Thursday

Cost: Y Members: $70     Non-Y Members: $90

Registration Dates: March 5 – July 25


Soccer Camp: Ages 7-10

Challenger Sports instructors will teach the fundamentals of soccer to children ages 7 – 10.

Ages: 7 – 10

Sessions:

First week of camp will be held June 4th – June 8th

Second week of camp will be held June 11th – June 15th

These are individual camps.  Campers will be paying for only one week.

Campers are not required to wear any special equipment but it is recommended.

Session Time: 9:00 – 10:00am

Cost: Y Members: $133     Non-Y Members: $143

The first session of camp will be held June 18th through June 22nd.

The second session will be held July 16th through July 20th.

These are individual sessions. Camper is paying for one session per sign-up.

Campers may enroll in both sessions if they would like to.

Children ages 6-13 will learn basketball skills and strategy during a week of basketball camp by Coach Redd.

Youth Sports Conditioning

Youth Sports Conditioning

Ages: 7-18 years (both boys and girls)

Designed for youth who are ready and willing to take their sports performance to the next level, this program focuses on building speed, strength, agility, quickness and endurance. These factors allow athletes at every level to improve their performance. Individuals will train with a group of no more than 8 participants with a certified Personal Trainer. Groups are divided by age 7-12 years and 13-18 years and meet twice per week. We are certain that your child will not only benefit from this program but enjoy it as well!

* We will meet at the Fort Mill Branch athletic fields where we may run the obstacle course or run the trails.  During inclement weather, we will utilize the gymnasium or the indoor pool.  Advance notice will be given.
