 American Girl Doll, Kitridge (1930-1950)

What was America like from 1930-1950? Events like the Great Depression and World War II changed the lives of girls in America. Enjoy exploring the lifestyles and events of this important period of history. During class girls will have the opportunity to study history with hands-on projects as they learn the difficulties and triumphs of the era. Girls will enjoy journalism, art,music, home arts, geography, economics and of course history through the stories and characters of Kit and Ruthie.
