Core/TRX/BOSU Training

Debbie Rast, a certified Personal, Strength and TRX trainer, will take you through a four-week complete TRX circuit workout. This ongoing program offers exercises that concentrate on the muscles of the core using various exercise equipment .  Circuits will include the use of kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, TRX/BOSU balls and gliders.

Age: 14 and up

Registration: July 2 – August 7, 2018

Program Dates: August 7 – August 28, 2018
